i'm going to swap b16 into my civic 1996 dx. its non vtech. its obd2.i was just kindda wondering if jamper conversion harness wil do the jobwith vtech harness or i need to add vtech harness on it...pls any body who know...thanks

All a jumper harness will do for you is allow you to run a differnt ecu. Which isnt a bad thing obd2 computer systems suck balls. I would recommend running a p30 obd1 ecu for your setup, however you are still going to have to add the wires for the knock sensor and the vtec. You will have to add those wires no matter what ecu you decide to run. It is simple though just find the ecu pinout diagrams and add the 3 wires that you need. But going to the obd1 ecu is definetly the best way to go for several reasons. You are less likely to through codes for bull shit reasons since the obd2 computer is very emissions friendly plus the obd1 computer allows you to be able to tune and chip your ecu with CROME or Hondata.

so do i gona need to use both ecu for my swap? using the jamper conversion harness? andwhere i can find the poinout to add those three wire and where do i need to connecting? thanks for the replay bro..
