Turning Of Maintence Light on 96' Integra

Hey what's up. I followed the steps used from this forum and i turned off the maintence light on my car with the blue button. I just wanted to know that after doing this will it have any negative effect on the car itself? And when will the light come back on??Please Let Me Know A.s.a.p

the light comes on when maintenance is required.. lol.. no negative effects from pressing that button

Look at a maintenance schedule for the car. It corresponds with your mileage.

search google for "integra maintenance schedule". look at the chart. It's probably a PDF file.

just push the little button under the dash, its on the right side near the center console. That light just means you need to do an oil change.

That's the oil light. The maintenance light doesn't come on that often. Trust me, check the schedule.
