i currently have a 92 prelude SI H23...i was wondering if i can jus swap the motor and tranny out and leave everything else, axel's and what not...and another thing...i know im going JDM because you do not have to change sleeves to forge the internals..due to it being a straight block...and where the hell do i find motor mounts and performance parts for a h22...? should i stay with my H23 and boost it?

You don't even have to swap the tranny out. You can just buy the longblock and save some money.
Axles, wiring (some more wiring will have to be added) and mounts are all the same.

What performance parts are you looking for?

No, you should boost the h22.

well what tranny is stronger...? because if i do that im going to have to rebuild my tranny my 4th gear is shot and my second is slowly going...and where do i find polyurethane motor mounts

They are both equally weak. Racing around will break them both. The h22 transmission has slightly better gearing, so if you have the cash, get that too.

I laughed twice at your next question.
Polyester is what dress pants are made out of.
I think you're looking for polyurethane motor mounts, and I can't help you there. Also, just FYI, you posted this in the Civic/Integra section, you'll get better help in the BA-BB section.
Good luck.

so basically you are saying to get a performance transmission? and where am i to find a performance transmission?
