New York strip. cooked with salt and pepper, the drizzled with a chinese style sauce, made with, ginger, garlic, dried redpeppers, water, soy, oyster sauce, cooking wine, dash of sugar, and corn starch slurry.

Snowpeas and Asparagus were boiled then stirfried in ginger, garlic, redpeppers, salt, cooking wine, and a dash of sugar.

the potato was... just the norm, I put butter, salt and pepper on it =)

Such a good dinner.

holy fucking coincidence. We had new york strip, baked potatoes and a salad for dinner tonight. Mine was a little less pink in the center, but Terry threw some seasoning on the steak as he was grilling it.

I had an incredible dinner as well.

Beef rib eye marinated in Balsamic vinegar, a touch of chili oil and best of all worcestershire. Rubbed with a touch of salt and montreal take seasoning.

Along the side whole cut and stir fried green beans with the usual spicy style.

And a spinach salad with a raspberry vinagrette.

Shit. I should have taken pictures too.

better yet you should have posted it on my site... tisk tisk

Looks good Jeffie but how do you cook all these meals and still manage to take pics? When I cook dinner, I stuff my face right away lol

i'm lazy and fat. i'm calling in for a pizza. Ian, come bring me it pizza boy :D j/p

hahaha

Every now and then I take pictures of what I 'cook'. Of course I don't 'cook' things from scratch because my kitchen sucks. Once I get into the house where I have counter space I might 'cook' a little more...

I had a picture of the bigass plate of spaghetti I made for myself, but I think I Deleted it.

We had Lobster tonight. With home made cheese garlic biscuits and a brocoli/cauliflour mix. But the real fun was with the butter dip (for the lobster) I made several different styles of butter dip to see which was best. You'd be surprised how much of a difference your dip can make your lobster taste. It changes the whole tone of the meal.

I'm in maryland, don't get me started on butter dips for blue crabs =)

anywho.

My first try at making bread from scratch.

turned out damn good, in fact one of the best breads I've ever had.
I guess being fresh and with ZERO crap in it helps a lot. too bad I'm guessing it wont last longer then 1 day before turning into a rock.

I had some greek burgers tonight. They had onion, feta, and mint leaves in them, and shredded cucumber and roma tomatoes on top, with some greek sauce, forgot the name of it. It was a sauce w/ cucumber, yogurt, and some other stuff. they were good, and huge, but the feta was a little strong. other stuff we had was some Indian style (forgot the actual name) chicken skewers, homemade cream of spinach soup, and s'mores, lol. Good shit
