After i am done with my swap, putting a b18c in my 94 civic, i need to get a catback exhaust for it. i want something that isnt very loud but sounds nice. i dont want everyone on my street to hear me leave and come home all the time. i would like to spend less then 400, preferably closer to 300 for it. any ideas?

I have a megan exhaust. I love it except the cops made me get an inline muffler so its quieter...basterds. It sounded so much better before. Not too loud or quiet. And affordable, not something that rapes you in the pocket then in the ass after

does anyone know if the pipe that goes from the cat to the muffler off of the 2dr gsr will fit on a 4dr civic dx?

no they are different lengths you would have to add some pipe to make it long enough

i already have an exhuast. I have to upgrade to a 3" once I get my turbo set-up, so i'd be a waste of money for me, just like if i bought ITB's or headers

ok, im still looking for what i really want to get. my only thing is, it has to be quiet. not as quiet as stock but fairly close. i want to be able to tell its not stock but not much louder. i had a lot of problems with my last car being to loud and dont wana go through that again. any ideas?

If you are looking for something cheap then I've heard of the Tsudo N1 its like a replica of the Apexi N1 but it runs about 200-300 to the 500-600 for the Apexi.

I think what i am going to do is but a resonator and muffer and then go to a shop to get custom piping put on. does anyone know a good resonator and muffler to get that i can run 2 1/4 piping with and have it still be quiet?

I have a b16 in my Honda. I recently had 2.25 ran from the header back (4-1)...I have no resonator or catalytic converter and it is finished off with a twin loop muffler (175 from JDM Boy). It's not as loud as most of the "ricers" around my area...it has a deep tone and is relatively quiet.

flowmaster or magnaflow are pretty f-in quiet. tsudo makes a good exhaust. i just got done putting a header back system and that shit lined up PERFECT for ebay shit. i was impressed... not only did it bolt up well but it also came with an adjustable silencer as to keep the noise down but not impede the exhaust flow... i say go for the tsudo system, you will spend like 280 on it shipped to your doorstep.

Dynomax mufflers are pretty quiet.. when i first put mine on, i could barely hear it

naw i'd just go get a tsudo... it's already welded together and the install will be easy.
