call this # (800) 622-7733 ..

they will ask you your zip code and tell them you want to make an appointment to have an engine change inspected.. they'll give you the times/dates you can go and the location of the nearest BAR Ref.

it'll cost $38.50 if you pass.. if you dont pass it costs $30, but you get a free retest.. if you pass on your retest, they'll charge you the $8.50 then.. if you fail.. you pay another $30 when you come back..

yeah thats true, ok i have a 1992 honda civic hatchback, B16a.
