I was a little upset when i pulled the timing belt cover off and found that this was broken... http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d197/tiidan2864/b.jpg / http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d197/tiidan2864/3.jpg / http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d197/tiidan2864/2.jpg

I had just removed the Head to get it ported and polished when i discovered this, I may have broken it or it was broken when i got it. I think its a motor mount bet im not sure. If anyone can ID those parts and give me some advice on what to do, that would be nice. If you need more picture i can get them tomorrow, my camera died, i'm just hoping that it is fixable and i can continue my project.

lol, i dont work on civics....accord/prelude, remember. i needed to see where it was before i could be sure.

sry forgot to ask this, will the ZC head fit any d16 block, because i have a friend who has a 89 integra with a d16a1 that fell victem to the flooding we had in november and im pretty sure he would sell this block to me really cheap.

so it is a motor mount....should i be looking for a new block?

i think a temp fix would be to devcon it back together. i dont know how well it would work on a motor mount considering the stresses that particular mount is going to be under. i do know that it worked on a broken power steering pump bracket that is still in use on my prelude today.

as for the zc head. one of the civic guys has gotta get that one. i think the answer is yes, but wait for someone else before you buy it.
