They might as well have. We are very much behind the british.

Aparently we recently captured a few members of their guard including a captain, so they are kidnapping a few of ours, not doubt to "teach us a lesson" as well as gaining a nice bargaining chip to get their own troops back.

It may work.

the UK could mop the floor with them while we hold down Iraq, I'm sure Israel would help too. Our British buddies act like they like the EU, but if you piss them off they're just as liable to attack as we are

I don't think my previous posts have really gotten through.

In a war in Iran, we win it completely by air. With the reserve forces that we currently hold. We have ordinance and pilots available to do this.

It's not a great way to fight a war, but Iran would make a clear mistake fighting us while we were in Iraq. We're backed into a corner - not because we're threatened and maxxed out in military strength - but because we're too busy to deal with them properly.

I said this before, with 5 seawolfs the US has the ability to lock down the planet.
