I have a f23 and was wondering which year prelude trannys will work? I am not refering to the h22 tranny for I already know that it will work, but will all of the trannys work from 92 and up preludes?? Thanks

Any 92 and up H or F tranny should work. I would avoid the ATTS tranny from the 97-01 Lude though, way more trouble than it's worth, and not really the best choice for a performance application anyway.

What does ATTS mean is that Automatic and if so that would be why I dont know what that means. i am only looking for a 5 speed tranny. Are all 92 prelude and up trannys H series??

Yes, all 92 and up Prelude trannys are H-series, although some are better than others. The H22 tranny's are geared shorter than the H23 tranny for instance, so if you are looking for acceleration then go with an H22 tranny. Also the JDM versions of the H22 tranny come with factory LSDs.

ATTS is the traction control system that came on some of the 97-01 Preludes, I'm saying to avoid those, they're more trouble than they're worth and they crap out when you start adding a lot of power to the engine.

Any F22 or F23 Accord trannys will bolt up also, but the H22 tranny would be a better choice as far as performance.
