RETIRED
so, the RS got picked up this morning and off to its new owner, and that leaves me with a nice chuck of cash to play with.

I still don't know what I'm going to do with it....

Options:

Add to IRA
New kitchen counter, bathroom vanities, to complete my re-model
put it towards the m3 payment
and the required option, coke and hookers

any other ideas?

i really don't want to.

not because i don't want to, but i know if i start, i won't be able to stop.

i also just found out my local bmw dealership is a Dinan certified retailer and installer..... and the s3-r package is 25 grand :(

bah, pocket change.

i didn't even know you were trying to sell it. i thought you were going to keep it for a while.

my vote, save for the down payment on those houses you are looking at.

or for a trip to canada.

ROTH FTW
or play in the market
you're a smart guy, i bet you could do well in the market if you devoted some time to research

First there is the engine hardware: a Vortech gear-driven supercharger adding 5.5 psi of boost, air-to-air intercooler, bigger fuel injectors and much better oil cooler and radiator, as well as countless hours spent setting the optimum engine management calibration, all of which help give the S3-R that 462 hp and 328 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel.
WOW
linky for other people wondering what an s3-r is

I like the coke and hookers, you should still have plenty left over to either make some payments with or dump it into the IRA.

i have some money in the market right now, and i'm not doing well with it at all.
nobody is doing well right now. it's more of a crapshoot than normal.

i still think you should put it towards owning a new house.

DINAN - BMW Specialist Tuner Parts Setup Performance horsepower torque

26,913

and that doesn't include the wheels that are 1500 a pop, or the tires that will run 2 grand for the set.

or, installation labor.

lol

its not in the cards. i can't do that.

House yes, condo not so much - atleast in my area. Condos are a saturated market. I would really not do much more to the condo and throw the cash into a savings/retirement type account.
