hey guys im doing some research about wich one will work fine in my 93 civic ex coupe..so the great question is this one.. which engine will be cheaper to build if i want to have done the port polish, titanium valeves, and spring valves?? tune it up with chrome.. which one will be cheaper to build up???

but the b16 is only $3300 and the GSR is almost $4000.

another point is why not go for the h22 instead is cheaper it only cost $2300.

why so many guys just keep telling me not to go for h22?? whats worng with it?
 
wll yea the gsr is more but thats not what you asked. but as far as the h22a, hell i like them put one in my ek hatch
 
can u tell me why people say to me not to put the h22a in mha civic?? the guy who told me to swap the gsr he has one on his civic ... he has vortech supercherger, catback, teins, ecu tuned with chrome..ohhh almost forgot the port polished....he was putting down 260whp with it until he messed ti up... now is getting the news pistons and bored it.... but im wondering why he keeps telling me not to swap in a h22a....
 
well its hard to put in the car the springs needs to be upgraded along with the brakes, but you dont have to. you cant have ac or power sterring unless you buy a fabed mount for those, and the b series is more reliable
 
so u mean that i need the titanium valves and springs?? what u mean with relible?? im gonna get the TEIN schocks and spring next month... so i guess that if i swap the h22a the suspension wont be a problem with the TEIN aplications in it right??
 
the teins will be fine what i mean is h22a vs B series the b series is more reliable motor
