92 si hatch w/gsr ... how much would you offer ??

im looking into gettin this car from a buddy of mine .ihe wants me to trade something of mine for this . if i can find someone with cash that wants this , ill do the trade . the cash that i would get would go straight to a loan thats the only reason im going to do it . its a 92 civic si hatch with a gsr motor swap . im wondering if i was to sell it how much you think i could get for it ?? it used to be a gsr turbo hatch but he took out the turbo and motor and put in a differnet gsr becuase a bottom bearing went. this car has had tons of cash poured all over it .
make me a good offer , i dont have a set price but dont even try to say 3 gs or sometihng like that ...

full gsr swap , motor and tranny
i believe there a catback hks exhaust on it
intake
projector headlights
act clutch
cf hood
cf spoon mirrors
2 cf spoilers
full body kit
full paint job , shaved moldings and molded skirts
roll cage
parts of some panels inside have the silver paint
i know the car is lowered but im not sure on what
then there is 15 or 16 inch rims
those are the parts im sure are on it . i know there is alot more but im not sure what ....

my origonal question was , how much do you think this is worth , and how much would you pay

ill say around $4500 to $5000 since the rear body and side skirts are shaved, plus the roll cage, but then looks to me like its turboed? you got to state whats been moded, engine wise.

the engine is stock , the motor that was taken out had some internals done . even with all the stuff done to this , all you think i could sell it for is 4.5-5000 ???

yes. stock motor. and plus the body is molded together. Do you know how much it would cost to unmold it??? ALOT. Plus then youll have to repaint it etc. you know what i mean. and plus. engine mods are the important part basically
