So there is a lot of movement going on this year. The draft is coming up.

who are the biggest movers and shakers?
who made the productive moves?
what do you think about the draft?

Indy lost a lot of their key players, kinda pisses me off through free agency.

On the loss of five players through free agency, including linebacker Cato June, wide receiver Brandon Stokley, running back Dominic Rhodes, cornerback Nick Harper and defensive tackle Montae Reagor

they are just trimming the fat. i think they will make the key pick ups to keep them stable. they didn't need 2 running backs, stokely wasn't that much of an impact, and the draft is coming up. they kept the core together and thats the important thing.

Actually having two running backs is what helped their running game tremendously. They started Addai and would substitute Rhodes in to keep each other fresh for key plays.

Stokely had a few TDs on surprising plays where Manning would go to Harrison and Wayne and they'd miss em.

I'd like to see Indy's Defense tighten up this year, and the loss of June isn't necessarily going to help that.

june is a good player, but you never want a LB to have that many tackles. that means the d-line isn't doing well.

if the seahawks are healthy, i give them a good chance this year. they added mora to help the db's. the weakest spot on the team.

Word. They lost two games completely on lack of quality defensive backs.

I found it hilarious that they drafted a dude that was working as a bail bondsman the week before the dallas game and started him. Just an example at how desperate they were.

Hunter was working as a loan officer in Dallas a week before he knocked down Romo's final Hail Mary pass. Gardner, signed the previous week, had played himself out of the league. If the Seahawks come to Chicago a day early, it could be to try out insurance agents and pizza chefs.

i don't know where you got bail bondsman. but hunter also had an interception in that game. he only screwed up 1 time. IF they stay healthy, they will have a great chance of going to the super bowl this year.

Still, it showed a sign of desperation, with all the injuries. I didn't look it up, I just tried to remember, and I was drunk when I heard, loan officer at a bank, bail bondsman, same thing right. Both give out money.

lmao. it was a desperation move. at least they got someone who could contribute.

i figured they would have re-signed hamlin. that was weird they didn't.

No shit - Jacobs ftw.

I just hope Jon-the Terminator-Kitna and the Lions dont waste the #2 pick (I believe) on another lazy-ass, weed-smoking, "good in college" wide receiver. I hate college sports players.

Other than that I've got no clue on what's going on - its NBA time baby.

Jacobs is a fucking animal. Droughns isn't a bad back either, ofcourse he isnt as big as Jacobs but he's a run-over-em style back and i think the 1-2 punch of these two big (and bigger) backs will wear down lines easily. Toomer will be back and Sinorice Moss will be healthy, i hope they both stay healthy so Eli has some people to throw to. I hope that the Giants draft Paul Posluszny or Jon Beason. Paul is a linebacker from Penn. He is fast, tough, great tackler, has excellent pursuit and the Giants haven't addressed their need for linebacker after getting rid of Emmons and Arington. Beason is a LB from Miami, incredibly fast and has a lot of power/strength for his 6'0 235lb frame.

As for biggest movers/shakers.. Two words, New (fucking) England. They picked up Adalius Thomas, Donte Stallworth (granted he stays healthy, but he is quite a reciever, def underrated), and Wes Welker who is a good 3-5th reciever.

Whatever does happen, Fuck New England, they're like the Yankees of football.

but go Yankees!!! hahhahh

/baseball

....and back to football. Fuck New England, i hate them so god damn much. Everyone around here think's Tom Brady is the reincarnation of Jesus Christ.

Miami picked up Porter, their defense has the makings of being quite good. Now if they can figure out qb and wr.... oh wait they got Marcus Vick :p
