That shows how little you actually know about martial arts.
edit:
I'll post the answers either tomorrow or Wednesday.
well yea, thats what i meant, grab w/ fingers on palm, thumb/s on back of hand, bend palm towards forearmF
1) If you want to control somebody's wrist, where do you grab? (even a lot of cops get this one wrong) not palm. reverse side
more than likely. i suck at all out fighting. I can box extremely well, but when it comes to all around fighting ability, if take downs are allowed and (in some cases) if kicks are allowed, im a wuss.
Its really kinda sad to tell the truth. If i get into a fight, i either HAVE to get the first hit, or some how keep it to just a plain fist fight....other wise im pretty well screwed. I just dont have the actual experience to keep up in a full arsenal fight. gimmie time though. ive been training like crazy, and eventually my leg work and ground work will catch up to my hands.
I've honestly never been successfully put into a sleeper hold outside of playing WWF when I was a kid but I know a few ways to escape a rear choke or grab. Here's what comes right off the top of my head. From a standing sleeper, the easiest solution is to grab a hand full of testical, squeeze, and twist. I can run the outside edge of my shoe down his instep and ankle while ending with a foot stomp. This is as fast as a kick, not a slow, muscle-bound action. For a rear choke, there's an easy hip-toss. Assuming a right arm choke, grab his wrist with my left hand, my right hand on his sleeve or behind his neck, shift my hips left, pull with both hands while thrusting my right hip. He goes flying up over my shoulder, lands on his back, and I've still got his right wrist in my left hand. Many options from that postion. I'd have to pop that out before the arm locked the sleeper in over my forehead, though. Down on the ground, relax, find his nose, make a double fist, and proceed to bash with whatever energy I have left. I could also grab his ears and/or gouge his eyes. Obviously, this isn't meant for ring sports.
