b16 head on a d15 block

Hey guys im new here I was just wondering if you could answer a question for me, is it possible to put a b16 head on a d15 block
 
you can't interchange b-series heads with d-series blocks and vise versa. you can put a d16 head on a d15 block tho.

Also please post in the proper forum next time
