thats why there are quoted as being made for russia, brazil, china, etc. big citys where they don't need to move fast. they are for narrow streets.

My dad was telling me about some of these cheap cars... If they work out, the Big 3 are done... For $3k, you can buy one, drive it for a year, and throw it away and get a new car. Thats $250/mo for a brand new car every year if you wanted...
