my suspension is completely shot (has been for the last 3 years:D ), im finally at a point where i think i can afford a new setup. any reccomendations, inexspensive (not cheap) is the keyword. let me know what you guys use and would reccomend.

what do you drive?
is it a DD?
do you just want to say that you have a race spec/feel suspension?
is comfort important to you?

sorry forgot to add that part... its a 96 civic coupe, it is my daily driver but i would like to take autoxing sometime. comfort isnt all that important to me but money spent is.

dont buy those

at the very least youll want tokico blues with H&R springs. thats what i had on the rex. it was a good ride and they were pretty cheap....

if you want coil overs

skunk2 CO sleeve system is good with the blues

Sportlines are great springs. I currently have them on my 96 civic coupe. Mine have been on for about 4-5 years. Initially they lower the car almost 2 inches, but now they've sagged a litle bit (shocks probably arent helping either tho lol). Its low, atleast to me its low.. but everyone whose been in my car always says something about how low it is. They're a great spring though, no doubt. They're stiff w/o being violently stiff, great in corners... I could stay pretty close (when i had my original azenis) to my old roommates srt4 with 18 inch new azenis/swaybars/springs/strutbars. Im not saying they are on par with that set-up but you can keep up pretty well.

I've been able to run away from neons, preludes, civics, and mustangs on twisty roads with nothing more than the springs. And each of the other cars had more susp mods than just springs... although tires do make a difference as well.

Agx's and sportlines, you wont be disappointed. OH and the great thing, they are linear... not progressive springs

I've always had good result from Tokico HP's (got'em on my EG and CRX) and there not too expensive either.

For springs I've used Eibach and Progress with good results as well. The Eibach's feel a bit stiffer, but they are more expensive then the Progress springs.
