I don't know how many people have Nextel, or what phones everyone uses, but I just got the new ic502, that hybrid phone, and I freakin love it. From what I gathered, it uses Sprint's and Nextel's towers for the service. Here in Reno, I get spotty service, but since I've switched to the new phone, I have yet to lose service, even inside my work.

Anyone considering upgrading their phone or service, I would recommend one of the new hybrid phones. The service is great, and the phone is pretty pimp too...

Yeah, everything is still the same...

I have been considering moving back, but for the last 7 months my roommates weren't working, so everything that I had saved up went to pay the bills and try to stay afloat. They finally got jobs, so it should be easier on my pretty quick. As soon as I save up some money again, I am probably going to move back...Reno doesn't have anything to offer me anymore, and if all I am going to do with my time is work, then I would rather do it where there are people around that I know, or be in a familiar place. Being so far away from the family sucks too...It's nice to have some distance from them, but not that much.

i also have the 502 for a couple months now.

service is about the same IMO. and the phone is a pain in the ass. i miss my i760

I guess it depends on where you are. Sprint customers around here get service everywhere, but Nextel is hit or miss...

The combination of the two might be good, I need to upgrade my no-tel nextel soon. The battery lasts about 20 minutes of talk time.

I'm good dude, riding a bike now.

if you need a new battery for that i530 lmk i have TONS.
