UFC 71: Liddell vs. Jackson - Official Site

oh yes, it's on the way :D

Let's talk about the fight we all care about the most and that's Chuck VS Quinton...

So who's your pick? I want Rampage to win but as much as I don't like Chuck, he's way too good for me to sit here and say Rampage will walk through him. They both are great wrestlers, they both have an incredible stand up but i do give Chuck the advantage since he has crazy knock out power with any of his punches and from any angle. They both have chins of steel... man this is gonna be a good 2nd fight between these 2. Even though Rampage walked through Chuck back in 2003 in a Pride tournament, i honestly don't see that happening this time around.

I can sit here and analyze this all I want but this is a fight, anything can and will happen:)

As some of you might know, my uncle (by marriage) one of his brothers (maybe you guys might of heard of him, his last name is Niedringhaus, pronounced knee-dring-house) is one of Tito's sparring partners so me and my uncle are trying to plan a workout session so i can see what Tito and the rest of Team Punishment's got:D I did some muay thai but i haven't did that shit in almost 10 years so i think i'm it's safe to say i'm gonna get fucked up  we are trying to make 3 different schedules match up so it's kind of hard to find a date we can all agree on especially since we want to set it up to be in Newport Beach and Team Punishment is almost always up in Big Bear. Last time, we had the date set for May 20th, which was the week end before Hughes VS Gracie but a few days before that my uncle's mom passed away due to cancer. When we come up on a date, i'll PM everyone out here in So Cal, you're welcome to join us and we can all finally meet while punching each other in the face and putting each other into guillotines;)

OK, now back to topic...who ya got?

that training idea is great.

i want a new champ and rampage is the #1 contender. so ill go with rampage in the 2nd round by Tko.

i like chuck. he doesn't come off as a huge cocky bastard.
sure, he says hes going to win... all fighters say that. but i think hes not only skill-worthy, but ethically worthy of being the reigning champ

the way thing have been going it will be done in around 12 seconds or something like poked in the eye.

I still don't know how he is the #1 contender with only 1 ufc fight.
because it's not about fights within the organization. Dana White says he wants the best of the best and right now that is Rampage who is pretty much the only one worthy for a title shot since Chuck has ran through the UFC light-heavy weight division already and Rampage was the last person to beat him that he hasn't avenged yet.

Although I think Keith Jardine is worthy of a shot but chuck VS Jardine wouldn't sell nearly as much as Chuck VS Rampage is/will.

it's ebb and flow, a year and a half ago it was the deepest class in UFC
it's because a lot of fighters try to see what weight they fight the best at. Don't forget that Evan Tanner and Rich Franklin were light heavy weights and dropped down. Most recently was Couture who went up... Also, rashad came in as a heavy weight. These guys change weight divisions like I change my boxers.

Forget about Rampage just getting to the UFC, if you look at who Rampage has fought and beat compared to who Evans has fought and beat, it's a no brainer as to who is the #1 contender. and even if he wasn't, chuck and dana are like butt buddies so dana will give chuck what ever fights he wants, and he wants to avenge his loss to rampage. Rampage has lost to fighters that are, IMO, lightyears ahead of anyone Evans has fought so far.

If Evans gets passed Tito and Rampage gets passed Chuck... do you think Dana would set up Rampage VS Evans for some black on black crime? That would be a decent fight, although i don't see Evans getting passed Tito. Say what you want about Tito but he's as tough as they get, even Chuck says so and Chuck pounded him twice lol

rashad knocked the F out of that dude yesterday with the foot to the lower ear/jawline. lol that was a good fight
