Hey!

I couldn't find a place to introduce myself, so I stuck it here.

My name is Chase and I'm an Oregon native. I'm a huge car guy (currently drive a mildly-built SRT-4) and stumbled upon this forum while research my next project.

I'm planning a track-ready-but-streetable Civic project for the summer and I figured this would be the best place to get my questions answered.

So far, I'm in the process of buying a '95 coupe chassis (was stolen and stripped; no engine, tranny, seats or wheels) for a pretty stellar price. I'm looking to spend most of my energy on the suspension, but I plan on swapping in a B18B (going to rebuild with stronger internals). The thing is, I don't know all the much about Hondas, or what their engines are capable of. Hopefully, it will end up being a beast on the road courses and country roads. :driver2:

I know I'm going to have a hell of time getting the wiring done, but I've wanted to build myself a car from the ground up for a couple of years now. Just can't build my SRT the way I want seeing how its my daily driver.

I'm really looking forward to doing this.

Welcome to the Swap!

Best of luck with your skittle

welcome, *oppinion time* when you do the b18 make sure you get a 98+ itr tranny, it makes for much sexy time.

welcome abaord.

before you start building your car, get a rule book.

don't build yourself out of a class you can run with if that is what you plan on doing with it.
