Ok so I'm doing this swap for a friend of mine. I have been playing and researching for three weeks. Here is the story...

obd0 harness
obd1 ecu (p28 chipped by phearable)
obd2 engine

Converted the 1 ecu to 0 harness using a sub/conversion harness
Converted the 0 harness to 2 connectors chopping up the 2s harness
I can not get a signal to fire the injectors, the fuel pressure is there.
The injectors have been tested and work. 12 ohms across each one give or take .2 so I don't need the resistor pack.
The wiring has been tested all the way back to the ecu to fire the injectors manually plugging a wiring into the harness that directly plugs into the ecu plug and then taking that to ground. This will fire each injector with the key set to run with the fuel rail pointing out to the atmosphere.
Have tested ckp cyp tdc on distributor to the best of my ability.
And I do have spark on the spark plugs.

So a few questions,
What generates injector pulse width?
Which pins on the ecu do I need to jump to pull a code? (I think the colors are brown and black but which pins are they? Or are the colors brown and light blue [both data link connectors])
And which wire outputs to the actual dash light?
Can this wire connect to chassis ground for its ground?

Being as you checked everything, Take a wire (10 inches or so, really doesnt need to be that long) and run it from the thermastat housing to the ground on the transmission.
-if that doesnt help ignore my post. Im not really with it so i really skimmed through it.

well, for i know , pulse with is generated by ecu and i think it has to do with main relay. i assume you means are using harness conversion OBD0-1 , right?

did u leave the injector resister plug open??

if so i had 2 connect all 5 wires together when i used obd1 injectors

did you try a pr3 or pw0?? (find a friend that has a b16a obd0 swap and borrow his ecu) if you just disconnected the injector resistor box and failed to jump it, your injectors won't work.

I have the five wires jumped together. I don't have access to a b16a ecu, but I do have the stock pm6 that we tried with no luck... keep the ideas flowin please...
