ex motor into dx

wat kind of problems do i need to look for when putting a z6 motor in a dx body? im getting a ex motor in my dx cuz the b7 stock motor is done. any info would be helpful

Its a dx, it is not wired for vtec. What does the year have to do with that, non vtec cars arn't wired for vtec.

some are wired already for vtec it depends on the year

Is there a plug for the solenoid? or where would I be pulling wiring for it from?

no, your dx harness won't have the plug. You will have to use either the entire ex engine harness, or wire up the plug into your stock harness. When you say a 92 is already wired for vtec, it means that the in-car harness (runs from shock tower connectors to ecu) has the vtec wires already.
