i have to questions, 1 what is the firing order of the dohc zc???, and 2 when putting in a cold air intake system should i cut the piece of plastic off under the front bumper to totally expose it ???

there is already a hole that looks like it got torn, proably about 3 inches in diameter, should I cover it up or just not worry about it??

I wouldn't worry too much about it- just make sure the entire panel is secure and won't fall off or tear anymore. If you have the resources, patch it up with some more plastic material.
