anyone ever run 1st gen crx si wheels. There super light, and if so what kinda tires did you run>?

I've got two near perfect sets of those phone dials, I believe they take a 185 tire, pretty wide for a 1G. I run a 155 on mine b/c they are supercheap ($20 a tire) and it still outhandles any car I've ever owned.

The 86-87 Si 14x5 phone dials are not super light. They come in at ~17lbs. A 195/55-14 or 205/50-14 fits nicely.

The 85 Si 13x5 wheels are super light, coming in at ~9lbs. A 195/60-13 or 205/60-13 fits nicely. You can pinch a 215/50-13 on there, but looks a bit odd.

I guess Ill have to snap some pics.
They are alloy, The ones I got (rim alone) seem to almost weight nothing.

I was thinking about putting them on my 91 hatch, not sure what tires or size to run.

Don't wanna mess with the speedo reading too much.

Now I'm really kicking myself over those junkyard "phone-dial" rims. I'm not sure I would have liked them on my ride, but the list price is $386.58 per.

I have two sets in good condition, but I'm on the east coast.

I wouldn't exactly call them superlight, but they are solid aluminum so will never rust out on you, just dont tag a curb too hard.
