Mine also worked out to be around $600 all said and done.

What pisses me off is I threw a bitch fit on the forums about PS3 costing too much MY ASS and sure enough the 360 guys stepped in to talk about how the 360 is still better and worth paying the cash for.

but yet congrats on buying a console for the sole purpose to play forza....(thats why i bought gamecube)
 
I didnt really like the older Civic's as much. The Mugen Type R hatch(new style Civic hatch) is REALLY fast!! I did just NA mods, no turbo and the car is a fuckin rocket! You will win it in one of the races, mod it, love it :)

i thought that the xbox elite is $379?? I understand that there is tax but what's the rest of the cost??
 
My cousin bought an Xbox 360 and I played Forza 2 over there. Pretty fun, but a lot of the cars are hard to control with all the mods(maybe the steering wheel would help but that's more $).
 
They need the suspension tuned! Negative camber in the front, a lil toe out to increase turn in. Then use the telemetry to fine tune the camber and tire pressure.

When i bought my 360 it cost me around 600 when all said and done. But i got another wireless controller, rechargeable batteries, charger, and 3 games (one was free). With the PS3 you spend 500 bucks (20gb version) get no game, and just one controller. When you add the cost of three other games and an extra controller you'll be around 750 bucks when all said and done. And if you go with the 60gb, thats another 100 right there. But you're right, when adding the hd dvd player they even out, but imho, you get more bang for your buck with the 360.

Ill save 150-250 bucks for a (currently) better gaming system. Can the ps3 stream music/video from your computer?

Chris, didnt you just say to some other guy to throw away his 360? rofl
