Went to the track for this first time since i put this thing together and am running consistant 14.6@ 103-105mph
For those who don;t know
1995 integra GSR sedan (yah, 4 door)
Jackson supercharger
10lb pully
boost timng controller and vortec fmu
walro fuel pump (I forget which one)
AEM cold air and a 3" exhaust to a dumper
The car is runing Great, A little rich, timing is set at stock + 1.5 degrees retard/lb boost

Other than the HORRIBLE lack of traction I have, Can someone recommend anything to get my et down, I don't wanna go slicks, maybe drag radials, but what can I do as far as like a launch control or better than stock differential?

You've already got your problem pinpointed.

P.S. Shouldnt a properly tuned B18c with 10 pounds of boost be laying down more than 205whp? Or am I crazy?

That isn't that bad, my friend's Camaro use to run 14s at almost 120. It was crazy to watch him run.

1.5 degree of retard/psi is a bit much. Do you have a EGT gauge? I bet that thing is tetering near 1600.......

Traction is a must to getting good times, work on your launch!!

And then there's the FMU.....OH dear..... Get a socketted ECU and do away with that boost timing device and the FMU, it will be money WELL spent :)

Yup, get your launch down and I'm sure you can run low 13s, maybe better. That trap speed is insanely high for a 14.6s car.

Yah, I just put the 10lb pully on on wednesday, right before I went to the track. I didnt update sig yet, thanks!

Everyone seems to like quaife. :shrug2: never messed with lsd myself.

You might look into getting a pair of motegi trak lites or konig heliums, or some kind of uber light weight rim for track use. Slap some slicks on 'em and tote them to the track in the back of the car, switch em when you get there.

I have steelies to put em on for now, but eventually, it all takes time.

Im ordering some g force drag radials on monday, what do you guys suggest for lsd??

Bottle, not stamp.

If you want to go cheap, you can use the OBX LSD- just make sure you install it correctly! Quite a few people on Honda-Tech have had good results with it.

Thanks guys, Im def going to look into the obx, I'm not new to ripping soemthing apart and putting it back together, so I'm confident i can do the LSD without problems, Thanks all for the imput.

it's not really that hard to change the diff, I think the hardest part is to change the bearings over from your stock diff to the new one, I have had 3 or 4 b series tranny's apart, and it's really not that bad, just make sure you pay atenetion to what you take off that's all.
As far as those bearings go, I have not ever tried to take them off the differential, and they may need to be pressed, all I know is that I have seen both beveled bearings and straight bearings in the trannys.
