Yea, so, I've had a few people tell me they wanted to see it... pardon the shitty quality, but you guys know all I have right now is my cell phone. This car is a beast. I swear it. But, with 15k into the car, I'd sure hope it is. Hopefully Saturday we will take it out for it's maiden run... well, since the motor's been built. 75k original miles on the chassis, btw. ;)

Enjoy.

Pardon the messy garage, too. lol

Wait a sec.. Is this the uber pwnage civic you've been bragging about? Sitting on 90870987 pound rims and a full interior?

no boost? Where the hell did the $15k go? I'm not seeing it.

And the aluminum oil cap / dipstick must be fun on the hands..

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

seriously?

lmmfao...

$15k was either spent horribly stupidly, or that's including the price of the car. Tacky-ass Discount Tire wheels? Please.

...of course, this from the folks who brought us the 'Fastest street car in the world' not too long ago

You apparently can't see behind the passenger and driver seat. As far as all the money, it's under the valve cover. Ok, so I'm stupid because I said things that were untrue and pre-emptive. I said that before. I'm sorry you guys take me for an idiot. That's ok. I AM an idiot. Didn't think I'd get so much flack. Oh well, I'm done here. Goodnight.

Solid Gold cam and valves was a bad idea. And unless they get a bore scope out, they aren't even going to notice the diamond encrusted pistons.

LOL yep. Bling bling! Sorry I'm not specific enough... haha

I posted the pictures because I thought you'd enjoy them. Ok, so the money spent on the motor/car/parts may be expensive. Did you pay for it? I didn't build the motor. Hell, the car isn't even mine. It's not slow. It's not fast either.

$15k.

Thats a blueprinted/sleeved/bored/stroked/forged internals 30psi boosted K20a. With LSD, axles, and slicks.

I don't see how it's possible to dump $15k on JUST internals on a B-series motor, it certainly wasn't spent outside the motor. Edelbrock IM, cheapo intake, cheapo plug wires, MSD ignition (why? are you revving over 13k?), ITR header...lots of ricey ANODIZED BLUE STR POWER!! bits...that's not even a grand right there...

I just don't see it, unless the shop that you had build it had a hellacious markup on parts and/or raped you on labor.

You just went about it the wrong way, thats all. You were talking up this civic quite a bit.. Talking about decimating opponents and making people cry with it.. Its a very nice civic. Just not the $15,000 motor drag monster you made it out to be.

I don't have anywhere near $15k in the CRX, and that's including the price that I paid for the car...

and I'd go title-to-title with that civic any day ;)

the motor was built 6 years ago. he's been too lazy to get the car back together for the rest of those 6 years until now.

Ok, unless you don't want to for competition purposes, can you list out what is done to it?

And are you including the price of the car with the $15k?

I'll give you props for the blue, and the seats but for 15k we need a mods list to see where it went. With my build I'm sitting around a cool 8-9k but that's including the price of the stock motor as well as parts and labor.

Looks nice and clean.. Tell your buddy props for a good clean looking car.. Boost those internals up and lets see some real action! ;)
