hey guys it's been almost two months, I've relaxed on some stuff but I'm still seeing results. So far

before (may 1st)

Blood pressure: 155/75 with 72BPM resting
Waist: 33
On belt loop: 3
Weight: 167

yesterday

Blood Pressure: 132/68 with 62BPM resting
Waist: 32ish
On belt loop: 4!
Weight: 160.4

it's slow going because I don't have allot of weight to loose, it's mostly vanity fat. I'm running again after work, for anybody who hasn't tried it 100yrd sprints after a 2 or 3 mile run really kick your ass...
 
I've been on slim fast for about 3 months now.. shake for brekfast, shake for lunch, dinner is 1/4 meat, 1/4 starch, 1/2 veggies.

I lost 30 pounds in the first two months, then hit a dead stop.. Been stuck at 216 for a month now. If I'd get my ass up and excercise a little more, I'm sure I'd drop a few more pounds. But I think 210 would be about perfect for me.

That slim fast optima really works at curbing hunger.
