yes. i have until july 15th to get an accepted offer on my condo. this is in writing and was signed.

Maybe you'll get a mirical last minute buyer. I guess you have to be out from under the condo for your mortgage company to sign off on the house loan?

I think it's been going a month. If you miss your .. say, July 1st deadline then yeah - the offer is no good. The financing terms will change and you're back at square 1.

i'm doing some legal reading now... i fully intend to take them to court for $500,000 if i find that this is illegal.

i don't have a "seller to find suitable housing" clause on my condo listing, as i HAD suitable housing already when i listed it. so if i get an offer, i either have to take it and close and go live in a box on the street cuz i don't have a house, or reject it and waste everyones time and lose the potential sale of my place.
