Wow.. If my daughter pulled that crap, I'd make her get a jobbie job and buy her own car.

She should anyway, right? I don't think I'd ever 'give' or 'buy' a car for either of my sons. They will have permission to use my car, but I wouldn't outright buy one for them unless they graduated from Harvard or Stanford with a 3.5 or better GPA. lol

Well, I'm not entirely sure what the plan is. I know making kids work for their cars is a good plan, but I started working when I turned 15, and held down a full time job while I was in school. I've been working ever since. It took alot of my "kid" time away. So, if my daughter/son are doing well in school, and are participating in cheerleading/football/track/sports/whatever, and are active, I'm not going to take that away from them.

We'll just have to see what happens when it gets closer to that time.

stupid rich girls, this has been posted on every local site here.

my son gets the crx.......................

unless the new babies a girl

unless it's a girl? hell, my first car was a bug, and I paid for half of it. Phyre- you're right, but watch it if you have a girl and she becomes a cheerleader! that's asking for this type of behavior... lol j/k but, you're right, i guess it's a case by case basis. :) I never had much 'kid' time either, I was 16 with my first son. But, I didn't really wanna be a 'kid' anyway... I've had more fun now than I ever did.

only reason is because she will get her way because of the wife, she still thinks the kids should be 18 before they get to drive
