93 EG GSR throwing codes

Got the motor swap done, but just found out why motor runs like crap cause its throwing a couple of codes. 20 (idle air control) and 14(electrical load detector). The first one i understand but the electrical load detector whats that?
 
I think its some kind of grounding problem. ELD just measures the load on the electrical circuit also known as current. If the load is too great then this code would be thrown. This would be the case with a bad ground and the increase in current would be caused by an increase in resistance (bad ground). This is all theory here because I don't have a hanes.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
 
I would also say its a ground problem, my gsr swap had same code due to some grounds forgot. You car can throw some pretty f'd up codes if your missing grounds.
