Ok for any of you home builder out there, I can't seem to find if Hurricane clips are a national building code requirement. Anyone have any ideas if it's a code requirement for the state of Connecticut, or is it up to your local municipality ???

Bueller?... Bueller?... Bueller? Anyone ?

I have a copy of the code at home. But I'm getting home at like 10 tonight.

IM me a phone number and I'll call ya.

NOTE: If you stood on the hood of my Supra don't give me your number.

lol, never stood on the hood of any supra. I've meet you a few times at Claytons, I'm the guy that drives a Celestial Blue 91 CRX DX
I'll PM you my cell number

Quick High School story.
Some fat dude thought it would be funny to walk over the top of my friends jeep. When we asked him why he did it, he said he thought nothing would happen.
When he asked us later why all the doors on his truck were smashed, we told him that we thought nothing would happen if we swung a tire iron into them.

Oh yeah ! That's right. I actually had a conversation with Clayton before if you were ever there.

That was a long time ago though.

It's best never to see me face to face.

Yeah, something like that. It was criminally rude to stand upon the forward deck of the USS Celerity, a Supra Class Cruiser, and revel in the fact that (your) Civic-class skupper beat it only by the unfortunate blowing of the Supra's headgasket.

And then pose like you "owned" it. Fuck my blood is boiling. That Supra ran 12.x:1 static compression, and only Airjockie could feed it the AVGAS that it thirsted for.

Its not CT. building code, come to think of it, I don't think it is until you hit N.Carolina on the Eastern Seaboard....

Well I ask because Branford requires the use of Hurricane Clips, I might have to track down Wallingfords building department number and ask em
