where does this line go

This is off of my Y8 swap and for some reason there is an obd1 Z6 Intake manifold on there with this line.

On my Z6 the line goes where I have pointed out, but the Y8 as you can see already has a hose going from the FITV to under the intake manifold.

Where can I direct this coolant line or do I need an OBD2 Y8 IM and it would rid me of this problem.

ok, try to follow:
coolant comes out of the intake manifold right next to the #4 intake runner and goes into the metal tube you are holding in the pic, it flows through that to the fitv, then from the other side of the fitv to the iac, and then from the iac to either the back of the block or the large coolant tube on the back of the block.
if you have no fitv on the throttle body then just eliminate it from the circuit, if you are missing the place on the intake manifold where the coolant comes out then you will need to get a diff IM
If everything is there and you have an EXTRA coolant outlet on the intake manifold, then just cap/plug it

what would be good to plug it I tried a bolt and a hose clamp and it still drips coolant out

you have to use a bolt that has a really tight fit, and is not threaded all the way, or instead of using the tubing, go to the auto parts store and get a rubber cap in the size that you need (bring the old hose to match up if you don't know the size) and then use a clamp.

My brother had a similar situation and he just crimped the metal fitting and filled the end with JB weld, but the rubber cap would be a better option.
