unless he was standing there at the door to the cell staring up at the female prison guard polishing the bishop with a lustful look in his eye, i dont see where there was a crime committed... if someone looks in your window and sees you punishing the one eyed retard they cant call the cops on you for indecent exposure... i dont see how a CO looking in your cell and happening to see you playing backstroke roulette can be described as public indecency when pissing and shitting in plain view isnt
