i have a 92-95 civic. it has negitive camber,(the top of the wheel stick out more then the bottom) what would cause that?

:concur:

something is definitely out of whack

wrong pieces or something bent???

If you lowered it of course there would be a problem but if nothing then the upper control arm is probably bent?

lowering the car generally results in negative camber /____\ not positive camber like he is describing \____/

either way there is camber problems.. just was trying to help dont need to flame me because i said if you lower it there would be a problem, I never said thats what it was just was trying to add some help but yes your right,

as blanco said
i was not flaming you, i was correcting you
there is a big difference

all i was doing was explaining that while yes lowering a car does indeed have an effect on the camber it does not have the effect that the OP is describing. actually it generally has the opposite effect on camber
therefore it is highly unlikely that the condition that the OP is experiencing is or could be caused by lowering the car

relax
we generally dont flame too much here
we are much more laid back than some of the honda boards you might be use to

No worries dude its chill lets just help him out eh?

after thinking about negative camber, you maybe could have hit a rock on that side and damaged your lower control arm bending it and shortening the gap hence a negative camber?

okay positive I mean like this \_/ if the lower control arm gets bent it would shorten the gap and pull the bottom of the tire in towards the center of the car... Sorry I got the + and - mized up...

or could be that someone tried some shit like putting ef lcas on which would be too short or ek ucas which would be too long
