Damn ... A how to on cooking French fries. Thats kewl I guess. Never knew you used vinegar for french fries.

How about a how to on making some beer battered deep fried mushrooms ? Cant seem to get them right.

Not many people do fries right. They cut them, then cook them in hot oil, the outside gets really crisp and the inside not cooked.

Vinegar is common on Boardwalk fries. Maybe its an east cost thing?

I found that the english started the Vinegar on the fries but Canada is known for white vinegar.


poutein on fries..... I eat some fries with vinegar at certain restaurants.



Funny story, I got red flagged crossing the border at midnight because I thought it was a good idea to tell the canadian officials I was going for fries and gravy, and not the obvious 19 year old drinking age in the clubs.
