Hey guys !
Im going to do soon this swap in my EK 96 coupe.
My question is my radiator will be good enough 4 the new engine ?
I attached a picture of my radiator (i dont know if it 1 or 2 cores) ?
If u think that i have to replace it what r my options ?
Thanks!

I wouldn'tbe sure what radiator you have in there right now, but you have alot of options for cooling.
You could use a stock radiator for a 99-00 civic Si (b16a2) that way the water necks on the radiator would be the right size for your B swap, and it's 2 core.
You could get an aftermarket radiator from any number of companies including Koyo, Fluidyne, Visteon and OBX
There are also some no-name companies, but to me a radiator is a radiator and as long as it's all aluminum (no plastic end tanks) it'll last quite a while.

Thanks !
But we havent got the 99-00 Si model in our country nor any integra model.
Is there another model of honda that i can take his radiator and plant him without modifications?

Ebay would be the best bet for you, most companies will ship worldwide

you could use a delsol that is a vtec. i bought a twin core delsol radiator. you can also use this product called water wetter. it is a liquid to add to your antifreeze that is guarenteed to run 20 degrees cooler.

look up radiator doctor on ebay.. you can get a new dual core koyo for $90 shipped

Ok Guys so these are my options what do you say:

1.mishimoto rad (46mm core depth)- $150+$65 delivery

2. mishimoto rad + 1300CFM fan neukin brackets (46mm core depth) - $230+$95 delivery
Link: 92-00 Civic Radiator and Fan/ Universal

3. visteon rad' + spal fan (1"=25.4mm core depth) - $259+$60
Link: eBay Motors: Visteon C&R Alumimum Radiator 92-00 Civic with Spal Fan (item 270152728180 end time Aug-14-07 08:28:01 PDT)

4. KOYO rad' (2.09"=53mm) - $280+$105
Link: eBay Motors: KOYO RACING ALUMINUM RADIATOR D13B/D15BD16A 92-00 CIVIC (item 130139954191 end time Aug-08-07 23:58:35 PDT)

What would u choose ?

did you search for radiator doctor like i said.. you can get one a lot cheaper.. you dont need an expensive radiator just for a swap.
eBay Motors: Honda Civic Koyo 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99 2000 Radiator (item 140144344367 end time Aug-09-07 21:00:28 PDT)

My feelings toward the smaller water necks is widely known, a better option would be eBay Motors: CIVIC DEL SOL 92-00 ALUMINUM RADIATOR B16 B18 B Series (item 250150905976 end time Aug-10-07 15:30:00 PDT)
it is actually a little bit cheaper and from a company that i have bought from, but it has the right size water necks for the b series so that you don't have to crank down the clamps etc. etc.

eg6sir, I peffer to pay an extra $50 and to get the whole aluminium radiator from a good company.

welfare, what is size is the smaller neck and the bigger ones ? in the rad' link u posted the neck sizes r 1.25", is yhis the bigger diameter necks? if it is i know the mishimoto is the same diam', and i am checking about the visteon and koyo size.
Now i troughly preffer to spend a little more money for buying from a familiar and warrantied compnay!

U dont think my options r good ?

water neck sizs are
1 1/8" for d series (30mm)

1 1/4" for b series (1.25" or 32mm)

Oh, and the radiator that eg6 showed you is a great radiator,
Koyo is one of the worlds leading manufacturer of aftermarket and OEM radiators, they are not a no-name company, and they usually have a 1 year warranty or more with their radiators.
