I have just gotten a 1991 teg ls. The owner b4 me took the motor out. Needless to say the wire harness in the bay is next to distroyed. I am goin to put a ls/vtec motor in it. And down the road boost it I just wanted to know if it was a good idear to go to obd1. Or just stick with the obd0. And where and i get the engine/chassis harness for the convert?

If you don't actually have any useful info to contribute then why contribute at all?

And what's up with your screen name??? 6-speed DC2??? There is no such thing...try again...

Anyways, to the original poster, yes, it is a good idea to go to OBD1. It's probably the easiest OBD setup to tune. For a harness, try Rywire (Rywire - Online Store). They build custom engine harnesses for OBD conversions, motor swaps, etc. If you don't see exactly what you need listed on their site then e-mail them and explain the situation. I'm sure they could build whatever you need.

You "believe" that eBay has them, meaning that you don't actually know, right? I know for a fact that Rywire has what he needs, so that's why I suggested it.

And yes, I'm quite aware that you can swap a K20 motor and transmission into an older Integra. My question for you is: do you currently drive a K20-swapped 6-speed DC Teg? If you do, then props and please accept my apologies. If you don't, then your screen name is gay.

its okay i'll forgive you. you do know hondaswap is made up with mainly dudes. so why post up a picture of yourself for your icon. if you ask me i think your the one thats gay. hahah

So you do drive a K-swapped DC then? I'll be expecting a thread with lots of pictures in the "auto multi media" section then...

And as for my avatar, yes it's a picture of me. So what? It's not meant to attract members of the opposite sex (or the same sex as you seem to be inferring). It's just a picture. A face to go with the comments if you will. Better than no avatar at all.

Don't forget, pictures please...
