first post from the new house :D

after one cluster fuck of a closing, missing bank wires from my buyer, and leaving my condo keys in escrow at town hall later, i successfully closed on my house on time.

i'm here. loving it.

such a mess, still unpacking and trying to clean. cable guy came today and i got "hooked up" to the internet and cable :D it was way cheaper this time too. :ph34r:

met the immediate neighbor. older couple (retiree age, or about to retire i would guess... early 60's. ) but they seem really cool and were happy to meet me and talked for a bit this afternoon.

thanks to everyone who helped me move. much appreciated.

well, thats about all for now. i'm still trying to get everything in. hell, i'm kneeling at my desk right now cuz i don't have a chair yet. lol so no post whoring for me tonight. just wanted to check in

that already hapened last night.... i just got internet this afternoon though.

she's already in bed. not feeling well. we had sushi for dinner, and shes felt like shit since. :shrug2: i'm fine

Congrats. Now that you've got your bills all figured out, does it still look like you'll be swapping out vehicles?

i dunno... i still don't know what i want to do. i'm ok with money... that's not the real issue. the issue is winter is coming.

no worries man, i had more than enough help. it took all of 2 hours to unload.

umm, next up is finishing my master bath shower. its gross. i ripped the doors off yesterday. still trying to scrub it down.
 
already found one.... the microwave doesn't work. its not a shelf thing, its a built in above the stove where the hood usually is.

obviously when i was here testing stuff i just turned it on for a few seconds... turntable turned, turned on, seemed fine. didn't actually try to cook anything (who does?)

today for lunch, i threw some leftovers in.... 8 min later my pasta was still ice cold... but it spun around and got a ride.

oh well.... i'm thinking full stainless in the kitchen soon anyway :D
