F22B Timing Help

I was just wondering what timing specs to I use for a F22B DOHC non-vtec. I'm not sure how to time this so I need help from you guys cause I never done one before. I search and got nothing but timing belts.

The specs should be the same as the USDM H23A, if that helps.
