D16 swap question

Yea I want to swap my D16Z6 with a D16Y8 does anyone know where i can find detailed instruction on doing that.

its easy. just swap them same mounts and all and will wire right up, all you have to do is convert it to obd2

yes you can just keep your stock tranny and axles it will all bolt right up

you need the jumper there like 70 bucks at rywire mabe more but not much

you need the ecu that will run that motor so if the motor came out of lets say a 98 modle buy a 98 modle ecu thats vtec the ex modle.so yea you need a obd2 ecu

I believe you can run re-pinned OBD2 dizzy with an OBD1 car, and not have to convert the whole thing over. Most of the sensors are the same, but the IM may require some plug swapping.

can you use the obd1 civic cx on the d16y8 head? that's what i heard..anyone wanna back that up and tell me..
