well it wasnt a new transmission. so why would they pay for a new one?

They are responsible for the vehicle when in there condition. obviosly not putting gear oil in a tranny will kill it and they are liable. whether it had 20k miles or 250 k miles on it. they were supposed to fix it not have it gut itself. They cant just buy a used pone and put it in either. They would have to buy one from the dealership.

Just have them send it to gearspeed to get rebuilt with carbon syncros and a polished case for the problems they caused you.
