She is coming with a spare 93 LS motor, brings us to question number 1) will it be a B-series motor? vtec or non? keep in mind i still didn't see the car, but for 300 bucks ill take it. i was planning on keeping the LS bottom end, maybe racing pistons. takes us to question number 2) which pistons should i go with?? as far as the top end, i was thinking to dress her up with a GSR or type R heads. good idea so far or naaa??? which one??? i would really be thankfull for any help u guys give me. i read threads all day today and searched all over trying to find few things, and i have my eyes set on few things, but plz any help would go a long way.

What do you mean will it be a B-series motor? If it's an LS motor then yes, it's a non-VTEC B-series, as all LS motors are.

i was planning on keeping the LS bottom end, maybe racing pistons. takes us to question number 2) which pistons should i go with?? as far as the top end, i was thinking to dress her up with a GSR or type R heads. good idea so far or naaa??? which one??? i would really be thankfull for any help u guys give me. i read threads all day today and searched all over trying to find few things, and i have my eyes set on few things, but plz any help would go a long way.

Your choice of pistons should depend on what you want to accomplish with the car. Is it going to be an all-out race car? Or are you going to want to drive it on the street? Do you plan on adding turbo at some point in the future, or keeping it N/A?

All of these questions need to be answered before you start choosing internal parts for your motor build up.

And a Type R head would obviously be the best choice, but it's also going to be the most expensive. A B16 head is an option as well.

I'm guessing it's been moved since he wrote that, otherwise he wouldn't have written it.
