I have 2 questions for H22A transmission. Cool I was doing some research on transmission fluids and I came across Type F transmission fluid which improves for firmer shifts but Type F was used in 80's Ford C series Transmission is it possible for me to use this fluid on a completly stock Honda Transmission, also I couldnt find a Transmission Oil cooler for my car is it possible to put an oil cooler on for a manual transmission? (92 Accord/ H22a 5speed):D Thank You all!!!

Do not use that on your Honda transmission.. there are varying opinions on what is the best fluid for a manual trans, personally I use Honda OEM manual trans fluid with about 1/2 quart of Lucas Oil Stabilizer added in. I've tried many different fluids and that has worked best for me. And no, you can't put an oil cooler on a Honda manual trans..

Thanks a Whole Bunch! Owe Ya

It will work on an automatic.. but the manual trans doesn't have any fluid lines coming out of the case that you could attach to a cooler.
