I've been jonesing for some forced induction for a while now, but I'm on an extremely limited budget...like limited to junkyard finds, essentially. Even if I pull a turbo out of something, like, say, a maserati bi-turbo^_^, I still have to spend the time & money on fab'ing up brackets & manifolds. Beyond me at the moment
So, I've been thinking, as I'm sure many people have thought before, what if I score a turbo compressor & rig it up to run off a belt to crank pulley. In the course of searching through the interweb I ran across this on another forum & thought you all would enjoy.
