new 1/4 mile time

I took my civic si to the track for the last time in its life the other evening.

there's the timeslip..i'm on the right
13.62 at 109 5280 ft above sea level
with traction the car would have been into the mid 12's.








three days later I rear ended someone and totaled the car

and i don't know about mid 12's with traction, but definitly a lot lower. maybe 13.0-13.2.

that was my second run... I got kicked from the track for no helmet or fire suit it had more in it for sure if i got my 60' down from a 2.4 to say a 1.8 thats a 13 flat there...thats assuming i didn't go any faster than 109...but with traction off the line my trap would have been higher too....i'm talking traction like slicks traction. i probably did close to the best I could on all season tires.

mods were stock motor with a t3/t04e turbo at 14 pounds relative

if insurance gives me the option of buying it back i will part it out.

reaction time has nothing to do with 1/4 mile elapsed time - he needs a better 60 ft time

yea i just went to mt parkway drag strip and ran my 92 da.. it was kinda cold that night and where i slammed my car with full coilovers my camber was fucked... up.. my car was running good that night to had just changed the oil with purple rolye and kn oil filter and was running nice.. welll when i would go to launch on street tire it was like ice because it was just burning the inside of the tire called a negative camber and i was spinnig all the way threw third and still ran 15.5 . well i just got a full camber kit in and installed and new tires drag radials and im ganna go this weekend and try to pull a low 14.. with full interior and body kit well good luck with your civic .. i got a da shell for sale with many parts halla
