ef da motor mounts

ok guys im drawing a blank, , im putting a b16 out of a ef civic into a 92 da integra, the civic has ha sport motor mounts, i cant remember will those mounts work with the da integra

I *think* they should since the engine bays are similar or the same.

you don't need a mount kit to install the B16 into the 92 Integra - it swaps right in where the B18 was - just use all of the B18 mounts

lol i know that, i was wondering if the haspot mounts that the ef civic was using if i could also use them on the da

yes i put a b16a into my 90 da using ef motor mounts from hasport... only thing i hade to change is pas. side motor mount cuz the da was an automatic so yes they work perfect

wow!! sounds like we have a breakthrough here - we no longer need to buy Hasport mounts to put a B-series engine into the ED/EF cars! - just use the DA mounts - is this what you are saying? - if Hasport B-series mounts for the ED/EF fit right into the DA, then why wouldn't DA mounts fit right into the ED/EF for a B-series engine? - call me skeptical

He's right. If that worked then mount kits would of never needed to be made other than to have stronger mounts.
