Yes and no. The D Series ones will work and let the motor run but the timing will always be off slightly. Not to mention only one leg on the dizzy will line up onto the head.
Why are you so against using a OBD-1 B18 Non Vtec distributor?
Acura stuff in junk yards around here in the mountains are rare.
I've got several friends that run yards locally that give me great deals on honda stuff.
I was hoping I could make a purchase easy. I've got a B28B1 in a 92 hatch that needs a dist.
Didn't really want to wait on mail order one. Guess I'd better look for one there.

It can be re-pinned or the plugs can be cut off and re-soldered if you are feeling brave. That's what I did with mine. I wouldn't recommend it to a honda noob though.
