5 point harness mounting

ok well this is a noob question but i just bought courbeau 3" camlock harnesses and i cant figure out the where i'm sposed to to mount them on the frame. cant seem to find any pics or posts or anything on the subject anything would be helpful thanks.......

well to mount it correct your gona need a seat belt bar, for the shoulder belts, if the shoulder belts are mounted to the floor or something like that if you get in a wreck, if will crush your spine,the shoulder belts need to be level or just slightly lower than your shoulders

well im going to run them back to my strut bar but i was wondering where the other 3 should be best mounted at.....? fyi this just a track car not my daily driver

even on the track they need to be mounted high the shoulder belts that is a wreck is a wreck,but the others will be ok mounting them to your seat bolts

yea the bolts on the back of the seat rails thats hold the seat and all down

Correctly?? Go to Jegs.com and order harness anchors that come with eye bolts and the proper hardware.

That's how to do it.. no other way is acceptable.
