did you switch out the other things that need to be obd-0 also? Sounds like you're still using the the obd-2 GSR distributor. To use the OBD 0 B16 ECU you need to switch to the obd-0 B16 distributor and to obd-0 injectors.

i thought that if you just splice the wires of the distributor to the old harness plugs correctly it would be just fine?

obd-0 and obd-1 distributors run and act differently. Only with obd-1 and obd-2 distributors can you get away with what you're thinking of.

;)i looked around but cant seem to find an obd 0 b16 distributor.i think itll be easier to just upgrage the computer with a jumper harness to obd1 and use a p72 or chipped p28.hope thisll work.

that'll work too :D

alright i bought a new obdo distributor car turns over revs past 5000 runs good .But throttle seems to choke sometimes .like its getting air from somewhere.would this have something to do with the map sensor since im using the gsr map sensor thats located on the throttle body opposed to the stock 1 located on the firewall?or maybe tps
